$1,000 per month. First, damage deposit and one year lease required. Looking for non-smokers. Animals considered, however an extra animal deposit will be required. We do a credit report, and past rental history check. A $25 dollar charge is needed for the credit check.
Garbage pickup and a yard cart is included in the monthly rent. All other bills such as power, oil, and phone are not included. A washer and a dryer is included but a dishwasher in not available.
